According to your choice of subscription service, we will send you a kit featuring a new cocktail recipe created by a top bartender. Each box will contain all the ingredients (including alcohol) needed to create the featured cocktail at home, along with a printed recipe card, instructions and additional cocktail ideas. The featured spirit is a full-sized product, so can master the recipe and grow your home bar at the same time.
We offer two different plans: a monthly box and a quarterly or seasonal box.
All plans are month-to-month memberships that can be cancelled at anytime.
Sign up by the 5th of the month to receive the current month’s kit.
Signs ups after the 5th will receive their first box with the following month delivery.
Yes. Your subscription plan may be cancelled at anytime prior to the current monthly payment. If you do wish to cancel, please ensure this is done before the 4th of the month. Any subscriptions cancelled after the
4th will only take effect the following month.
Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns on kits that have already shipped. Both our subscription and individual kits cannot be exchanged and are non returnable and non-refundable.

Contact us at JGinfo@justgin.co.za with any changes to your shipping and/or billing information and we will update your account. Please note that if you do need to change your delivery address, this needs to be completed prior to the 5th of the month.
Individual cocktail boxes arrive 2 to 4 working days after dispatch, to main centres. Outlying areas can take up to 7 working days. Subscription boxes are shipped between the 5th and 8th of the month, again these will arrive within 2 to 4 days to main centres and up to 7 days for outlying areas.
New subscriptions will receive the first box with the first delivery date after sign up.
All cocktail kits and cocktail boxes are shipped locally within South Africa only, we do not ship internationally.
Almost all areas in South Africa are serviced, however Subscriptions and orders placed with a shipping address to an area we cannot service will be canceled, and we will issue a complete refund.
Generally, not. Our cocktails frequently feature unique ingredients, many of which are not available in general distribution. Many of them also include custom or bespoke ingredients created just for that drink.
That’s why we make sure everything you need is in the box. We take the time and effort to find products you’ll love so you can get down to the work of mixing the cocktails and enjoying the drinks.
